Having entered the final stretch before the completion of Trilogy’s first phase, the property sales office on the Limassol seafront has moved to the building adjacent to the East Tower. The office relocation, just 50m down the road, has taken place to facilitate the upcoming construction work in the Public Plaza, at the entrance of the development.
Sales Director of Cybarco Development Ltd, Yiorgos Georghiou, referred to this recent change as a positive step in the project’s progress: “Moving to our new sales office is a clear indication that the operation of our Public Plaza, and the delivery of the two front towers, are fast approaching. Trilogy’s construction has continued apace, while attracting local and international buyers, despite the challenges of the past couple of years. Almost all offices are sold out and high-profile companies are expected to move in at the end of the year. We have also sold more than 70% of the apartments in the West Tower and the East Tower, with total sales and reservations now exceeding €300 million. We are very proud of the unique live-work-play destination we are creating.”
Aside from conducting private viewings of Trilogy’s completed show apartments in the East Tower, the experienced Cybarco sales team is also available at the new office to provide information on the company and its other iconic developments.
